Oh yaa aku mau bilang kayak gini.
Piye toh? Kok meneng wae …
Paket Ceria
“Have you received the Paket Ceria from me yet?”
I asked a few principals from JISC and JIBBS who are in the same WhatsApp group.
Some said they had, and some said they hadn’t.
It’s actually important to report whether you’ve received it or not. In JISC’s financial management system, every expense — no matter how small — must have a receipt or proof of acknowledgment.
As usual, whenever I see there’s a bit of leftover budget from the previous month, I immediately think about sharing it with all teachers, staff, janitors, and others — including myself. Even if it’s just a box of lasagna or a cheese roll cake, a small box of baby oranges, and a liter of Buavita juice, I believe it can make teachers feel refreshed after finishing report cards — and feel appreciated and loved.
It’s not much, but it’s something we share together.
Although I’m not sure if the janitors like lasagna or not, at least their kids, wives, or someone at home might enjoy it.
One of the security guards once said, “I don’t really like spaghetti, but if you make it, Ma’am, I do — maybe because it tastes a bit sweet.”
Oh yes, I also know he doesn’t like cheese, so when I prepare food for the guards, I usually separate the cheese. Cheese is for the teachers — especially the girls, they love it!
And there’s one more important thing I wanted to say:
Let’s make it a habit to say thank you when we receive something — so the person who gives it knows that the package has arrived.
Right? Why so quiet…?
